Your Responsibilities
- Lead aftersales business performance across the authorised Nordic dealer network
- Define and execute strategies within service, parts and customer retention
- Drive service quality and customer satisfaction together with dealer partners
- Support dealers in improving operational performance and long-term sustainability
- Lead, coach and develop the Customer Operations team
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Network Development and other internal stakeholders
- Translate business plans into clear actions, KPIs and operational priorities
- Monitor budgets, business targets and project delivery
- Strengthen dealer relationships and support network readiness across the region
- Drive engagement, accountability and collaboration across teams and markets
The Bigger Picture
This is a permanent full-time position based in Malmö, within a flexible hybrid setup that combines office presence, travel and remote work. The role includes regular travel across the Nordic markets and Europe, with a strong focus on staying close to dealers, the business and the realities of the market.
You will report to the Head of Aftersales Operations Nordic & Central Europe and lead a department of approximately 9–10 associates across Field Operations, Customer Service and Business Operations. You will work in an international environment with close collaboration across the Nordic and European organization, while remaining closely connected to the dealer network and the people behind the business.
Our Expectations
To succeed in this role, you likely bring:
- Senior experience within automotive aftersales, dealer operations or customer operations
- Strong understanding of dealer business performance and customer experience
- Leadership experience with people development and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial and financial understanding with experience managing budgets and targets
- Experience from automotive OEMs, dealer groups or area management roles
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- A Nordic language is a requirement
