We are looking for an Innovation & Sustainability Coordinator to join our Innovation & Sustainability team. This is a dynamic, hybrid role where you will play a key part in supporting our sustainability ambitions, product development, and product data excellence across the entire product lifecycle.
As part of our Product Management & Marketing (PMM) organization, you will collaborate with colleagues across sourcing, product management, compliance, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure our products meet both customer expectations and evolving sustainability requirements.
Your responsibilities
As our Innovation & Sustainability Coordinator, you will:
- Manage Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) modelling for both new and existing products, while continuously improving methodologies and processes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality product sustainability data throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate and support sustainability and innovation projects across the PMM organization.
- Collect, structure, validate, and maintain product datasets, ensuring consistency across internal and external platforms.
- Assist with sustainability certifications, product verifications, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Support supplier documentation, traceability, and due diligence processes.
- Prepare and distribute product sustainability documentation and datasets to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product data structures, workflows, and communication.
- Support internal and external communication of sustainability and product data.
- Act as a coordination point between Sustainability, Innovation, Product Management, Sourcing, Compliance, EHSQ, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and external partners to ensure efficient execution of sustainability & innovation initiatives.
Your profile
You are a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with both data and people. You thrive in a collaborative environment while also being comfortable taking ownership of your own responsibilities.
You have:
- Solid knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology.
- Experience working with SimaPro and the ecoinvent database.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data quality and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing and structuring complex datasets with high accuracy.
- An understanding of products, materials, manufacturing processes, and product composition.
- The ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Engineering, preferably within sustainability
- Work experience with LCA assessments and calculations from an international business
- Fluency in English, and preferably also in Swedish

Additional information
- Location: Leksand HQ or Stockholm office, with opportunity to work remotely. Regular travel is required.
- Employment terms: Until further notice with probationary period of 6 months.
